Wokeness Exposed
Robby Starbuck came to America fleeing communism in Cuba. Working as a music producer, he began sensing the dangers of communism rising in America. He broke the norms in Hollywood and became vocal politically.
In his June 6, 2024, X post, Robby Starbuck exposed Tractor Supply for its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs.
Tractor Supply’s DEI programs:
• LGBTQIA+ training for employees
• “Family friendly” pride/drag event funding
• A DEI council
• Sex change funding
• Climate change activism
• Campaign sponsorship
• Pride month office decorations
• DEI hiring practices
• LGBTQIA+ work events
In 2021, Tractor Supply donated more than $570,000 to various DEI causes, including LGBTQ+ youth. These programs and donations are just the tip of the iceberg.
Tractor Supply also supported or donated to extreme organizations, including:
• Waco Pride Network which hosts an LGBTQ+ summer camp about sex for middle schoolers
• Oasis Center which offers programs affirming gender confusion, helping kids who think they are transgender meet others who think they are transgender
• Human Rights Campaign which leads the fight for LGBTQ+ equality and inclusion
• PFLAG which creates an affirming world for LGBTQ+
• Trevor Project which provides a platform for adults to chat with kids in secret about sexual topics
In his post, Starbuck encouraged patrons to email or call Tractor Supply and “respectfully” state their positions. He also thanked the Tractor Supply workers who wished they could speak out but couldn’t, for fear of losing their jobs.
Abolished DEI
Three weeks after Starbuck exposed the DEI programs and practices, Tractor Supply posted a statement in response.
Tractor Supply realized they were not serving their customers. According to the feedback they received, rural America doesn’t want their money to go toward funding DEI programs.
Thank You
On June 29, 2024, Robby Starbuck posted about the many thank you DMs he had received from Tractor Supply employees.
IT IS A BIG DEAL FOR A FORTUNE 500 COMPANY TO LISTEN TO ITS CUSTOMER BASE, CORRECT ITSELF, AND APOLOGIZE.
Ending DEI In Ottawa County
In 2022—similar to the Tractor Supply patrons—the residents of Ottawa County let the previous Board know where they stood on DEI. They voted in new elected officials who promised to close the DEI Department.
On January 3, 2023—the first day they took their seats on the Board—the conservative commissioners voted to close the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Department.
CLOSING THE DEI DEPARTMENT SAVED OTTAWA COUNTY TAXPAYERS $286,000 PER YEAR.
Along with keeping their promise to close the DEI Department, the conservative commissioners voted on the “Resolution to Protect Childhood Innocence” to help stop taxpayers’ dollars from funneling into DEI programs.
